Shipping Method

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.

In most cases, your order will arrive 1 working day after dispatch. However, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Delivery

Delivery times begin from the date your dispatch confirmation email is sent, not from the date your order is placed.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Tantriq cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, severe weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
