Tantriq Refund & Returns Policy

At Tantriq, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our tanning products, Tantriq does not accept returns or exchanges once products have been dispatched.
We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used tanning creams, lotions, mousses, sprays, or oils.

Products with broken or removed hygiene seals.

Change of mind.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@tantriqofficial.co.uk.

Clear photographs of the product and packaging
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
Refunds
Refunds are only available where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or where required under UK consumer law.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item (if requested) has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Allergic Reactions
As everyone's skin is different, we cannot offer refunds for skin irritation or allergic reactions where the product is not faulty.
We strongly recommend carrying out a patch test at least 24 hours before first use, following the instructions provided with the product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund & Returns Policy.
